Common Mistakes listed below  ( Scroll down for tips on taking a good photo )
1. Cutting off feet.
2. Sending photos printed on an inkjet printer
3. Smudging your photos with fingerprints or leavnig scratches
4. Sending photographs that lack great clarity or crispness.
Tips for taking a good photograph listed below
1. Take photographs indoors with good lighting--use a flash
2. Use slow speed film such as 100. This helps reduce graininess
3. When developed, have film printed on glossy paper, NOT matte or "textured" paper
4. Take photos vertically, not horizontally
5. Take pictures close up, but keep all of the subject in the frame
6. Whenever possible send us an 8 x 10 photograph on glossy paper
7. Using 35m film is reccomended
