eLifesize within 30 days
of invoice date
and must be accompanied with a copy of the
invoice.
Shipping charges incurred due to
the return or refusal of the product
are
the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged / Defective Product:
Any damaged or defective product
must be
reported within
ten days of delivery date.
If not reported by that time, no refund will
be issued.
When reported, a service representative
will file the proper claim
and replace

Refused Shipments:
The customer is responsible for shipping
costs if
shipment is refused without cause.
